I entered multiple badges today, but they are not showing as completed within girls’ profiles and thus not appearing on the Shopping List.
When you go into a Girls profile what does the badge show? How did you enter them?
I entered it directly from the girl’s profile.
Update: The badges I entered finally appeared many hours later. A fellow leader entered some other badges, and hers are also not appearing yet.
This issue continues. I entered several badge completions via the calendar, “record award progress for attendees” option. On the girls’ achievement tabs, the award shows “calculating,” without the typical circle icon. Editing the entry directly from a girl’s profile has no effect. I tried reloading page, clearing cache, and using different browsers. No improvement.
The percentage update often does not happen right away, I can ask why of the TT admins but that would have no bearing on the Completed badges showing up on the Shopping list. If you have marked items as complete and they do not show up on the shopping list that is a bigger issue and you should e-mail support@trooptrack.com with all of the details of badges you marked complete for what girls.
