Is there a way to print a list with birthday’s on it?
I created a report to show this to me. I include the field that indicates whether or not a scout, then export the whole thing to Excel. Once there, I can filter the data to only show me scouts and sort by birthdate. Not as elegant as a report in TT, but it gets the job done.
There is another way to do it in TT. If you go to the “Quick Nav” tab at the top of the page, click “Reports.” On the menu that pops up, select “Create users report” from the “New custom report” list in the middle of the menu. Name list, click the boxes for “full name” and “born on” and then hit the “Create report” button at the bottom of the page. This will create a list that contains the users full names (Lastname, Firstname) and their birthdays. Unfortunately, the sort function doesn’t work right now, so they can only be sorted alphabetically by name and not by order of birthdays (all of January together, etc.). It will also include all of the parents and leaders as well, without any way to include only scouts. You can then export it as either a CSV file or a PDF. If you export it as a CSV file, you can do what dboring suggests. If you don’t want to worry about that, you can just print it as a PDF.
