Button on emails to send replies to sender AND parent

Currently, if a scout sends or receives an email through troop track it does CC the parent, but any replies to not. This is making it really difficult to allow our girls to send/receive emails and stay compliant with 2 deep communication rules. Reply all will spam all our members with unnecessary emails. Could there be a way to add an option to send replies to the sender and a second address? The sender could check that box and add their parent’s name in that field. Alternatively, could there be a “respond in troop track” button implanted into the email that would take the receiver back to troop track to respond correctly.

Unfortunately this would be outside the control of TT, once the individual gets the message it is then coming from their e-mail account and sent directly to the original sender, it would be incumbent on the scout to add a parent or other leader. While I understand the reason for the ask it is a great learning opportunity when they do just reply and send their message to the leader, then the leader responds CCing a parent and reminds the scout to always add their parent to any message with leaders. I know we often want to jump to technical fixes for behavioral problems, and youth protections are in place for a reason and are important but handled correctly by the leader it quickly becomes the norm for the scout, and a great lesson in responsibility.
