I have full priveleges. We moved an event from one date to another and the RSVPs stayed for the new date. I want to clear the RSVPs. I go to attendance/RSVPs and click each one to “blank” and hit save and it doesn’t save - they stay as they were. I can switch people from yes to no Or no to yes, but I Cannot switch anyone to blank/lack of RSVP/reset to as if they never replied one way or the other.
Go to Attendance - View All Payments from there you can Refund or Withdraw (No Refund) both will remove their RSVP.
I tried that and could only see the people who RSVP’d yes the first time in the payments view. I need to see the No’s as well.
I just did some testing and confirmed that you cannot set the No back to Nothing. You have two options, set all of the No to Yes then remove from the Payments page or create a new event.
