I added an RSVP deadline to an existing calendar invite. After saving, the No Response list disappeared. Scouts and Adults who have RSVP’ed as Coming or Not Coming are showing but the No Response list is empty when there should be 25 Scouts and many, many adults. It appears this is the only event with this issue as our other upcoming events are fine. I am hesitant to just duplicate this because of the RSVP’s. Yes, I can Add people as coming through the payment screen but I am unable to set people to not coming on a pending event. Please help, we are 2 weeks out from the event which is the prime time for people to actually commit.

I have never had all of the No Response disappear. I have had luck in the past with using the RSVP for Not Going by changing the event to not require payment, then use the Attendance Record Attendance/RSVP list, then change the setting back to require payment. Just be aware it would be possible for someone to RSVP without paying while you have the event changed. I wonder if doing this would force the others that have not responded to show up on the event.
I will try it. I have tried a few things but have not tried this.
I have confirmed that people can still RSVP but the No Response is empty for all. So not as urgent.
You can try opening a support ticket but honestly I am not sure even support will be able to do anything about this, and if its just this one event not sure development would take a look. If it happens again or starts to be a wide spread problem but so far since its just this one event not sure they will be able to do anything.
