I am getting complaints from parents that they are receiving too many emails from TroopTrack. It seems TroopTrack likes to send numerous individual emails for each scheduled event, rather than summarizing them into a single email. Early this morning, I received 5 emails reminding me about events I had been invited to.
It would be great if TroopTrack would send a single “Reminder of Upcoming Events” email when more than one event is triggering a reminder notification at the same time. I would imagine this will also have the positive effect of reducing load on your servers and significantly reduce outbound email volume.
