Creating a week long day camp event?

I am trying to create a day camp event that occurs every day for a week between 8:30 to 3:30pm

The meeting schedule tool is limited to repeating every week, otherwise it would have worked.

I really would prefer to avoid manually entering 5 identical events into the calendar.

I really thought there was an option to have an event recur on subsequent days, perhaps I am remembering incorrectly or that functionality was removed. It seems you really only have two options do an event that starts on First day at 8:30 and ends on Last day at 3:30 and then in the Details put the specific information about 8:30 to 3:30 daily or create separate events on each day. Last summer our District did a Day camp and I did the first option and in TroopTrack it looks good that way, it is not confusing.
