Extra Choice on Meeting Schedules

The only choices when you want to plan a meeting are Weekly, Every 2 Weeks, and Monthly. Our troop meets only on the 2nd & 4th Monday of the month. Our Pi/Pa’s meet on the 1st, 2nd, & 4th Monday of the month. Is there a way to allow more choices in that drop down menu?

I would also like to see an option for annually. We like to keep track of birthdays in our troop so that would be nice.

+1 to this feature request. Having the same sort of functionality as Calendar.app or Outlook for meeting recurrences would be extremely helpful. Things like:

  • Nth day of the month
  • Nth occurrence of the %day% (e.g., what Christie said)
  • Every X weeks

Etc.

Actually, we should already have the boy’s Birthdays captured in the Member Details. An option in Calendar Settings to show birthdays (so it can be enabled or disabled) and a radio button or check box for the items to be show (such as birthdays) in the calendar view would be great!

Yes that would be a great idea as well. I have a group of girls though :smile: lol
