I am finding several old threads on troop documents but they are not answering my questions.

  1. Can I upload a document and limit it to a plc, or specific adult group such as the adult committee patrol? Or a magic mailing list???
  2. How much storage space is allowed for documents?

  1. No, but we’re toying with some ideas about it. We may add a dropdown that lets you select an access level (Unit, Den/Patrol, Household, Self, None) and only people with that access will be able to see the document.

Other option is to just add the document to your personal files tab in your profile.

  1. No limit.

Can you label a file with more than one descriptor?

I’m not sure what you mean, but I would try it just to test and see.
