TT - I show one scout who appears to have paid twice in TT, but I only see one charge in paypal. Can you reconcile this?

I’m going to need more information. It’s possible that a user tried to pay with both their individual account and a paypal account, but I don’t think there are any double processes. I’ll need to know who the scout is through what method they paid. Was it through their money account or for an event? If an event, what is the date of the event and where did you go to see this?
