Email Attendees - Not Working

When I try to email the Invitees for an event I get this screen:

I’ve tried all combinations of the checkboxes (I need it to go to everyone, but no one has RSVP yet).

I see a similar error from 2020, but this is new as I know it was working recently. Thanks!!
