Is there a way to have contact information in the tool where you need the persons information because they are valuable to eagle projects but to not have the every day messages such as troop meeting announcement and other events notices got to that person so we do not bother them as little as possible?

You may maintain spreadsheets in the Share > Troop Documents area, or you can create users for them and place their email addresses in the “Secondary Email” spot so they won’t receive emails. We’ve had a request for this before, but it didn’t get enough traction and we weren’t sure how users wanted it handled in the system.
I think putting the email in the secondary email list works, but would be nice to have the email appear on the contact list as secondary or still be able to send email communications to them via the email tool.
