In the past, manual and automated emails were formatted with a mobile friendly single column that was centered on the page. That seems to not be happening now so things are oddly justified and formated.
The formatting changed a bit, there were some back end updates done, but I am not seeing what you are describing. I suppose either way it would be an e-mail to support@trooptrack.com with screenshots and the raw source of the email so they can figure out what is going on. Perhaps the CSS is not loading properly. I know they have had some issue recently with some internet filters blocking their sub domains.

The column style formatting which was very mobile friendly has gone completely.
