When I got in to type up an email, I often have line breaks between paragraphs. But when It sends, everything is scrunched into one big blob of text.

Same here. Also happens on calendar invitations.
I am getting this over to TT Dev team.
I did find that if you do double line breaks then the e-mail will have single line breaks, it seems to remove one line break per line.
