Yes, unfortunately this problem has not been rectified. I know it was being looked at but no resolution as of yet.
10/29/25 Update To keep this thread accurate.
The contact@ and other Inboxes have been fixed.
Is there another email outage going on? I sent out a test message last night to test out rumors of people not receiving messages or replies, and this morning it is still showing as Scheduled in Recent Messages.

I was able to send a test message out just now and it came through. System overall is functioning.
