9/30/2025 Emails not sending from Trooptrack
Our email are not sending either. @Dave, Please help.
Emails not sending said failed to send then clicked resend and says scheduled for redelivery, how long does that take?
We are facing the same issue and scouts are unable to communicate effectively. Kindly remediate ASAP
Same here. I just resent our messages by hand.
We are facing the same issue where we are not able to send meeting calendar invites.
We are having individual issues. One of my leaders has had issues but others have not. @AaronStorey Do you have any insights?
E-mails overall are not sending. @SRUEDU, are you saying some of the leaders are able to send e-mails or are having other issues?
Some of my leaders are having issues sending. But I just looked in Recent Messages and saw that our last successful email sent through TT was on 9/23.
The first reports of e-mail issues I saw were from 9/25 but not sure exactly when it broke. I have gotten word that it is being looked at and has the highest priority.
It’s nice to know it isn’t just us and our weirdness that is having issues!

Seems like the same issue from February is occurring again. Our calendar invites are not being received. I put in a ticket through the contact us link.
Unfortunately e-mail does break for one reason or another once or twice a year. Sometimes it is a simple server side issue where something crashes and needs to be restarted. The big issue at the begining of the year had to do with the e-mail provider suspending service for TT. The ongong email issues are still stemming from that major change of e-mail providers. This specific email issue is not known yet what has caused it, but is being investigated.
Emails not sending for us either. Since Friday at least.
Any update on when the fix will be done?
Hi, @AaronStorey : Just updating from the consumer side of things. It is not isolated to the calendar invites. The invite did not send at all using the “communicate>send an email” tab nor did it send using the “email invitees” from the calendar event itself. Hoping tech finds what the issue is and the problem gets resolved quickly.
Yes, the entire email system is down. I also have been doing many different tests from my unit and nothing is going out. I also hope they can find it and get it fixed quickly. For now I have been doing text messages from TT, that is working and then as one user suggested use the failed e-mail if it is a direct message in Recent Messages and copy and paste the e-mail address and then body into your own email client and sent directly. Not great but somewhat of a work around. Does not do anything for messages from events though.
They really need to communicate with us about this issue. Regular users have NO idea that their email is not going out (they don’t see the “Recent Messages” list to see it failed). We also need a realistic timeframe to fix this. I understand that Dave is down to “one part-time developer”, but we are not paying less for the system. If TT wants to keep charging all of its members yearly, it needs to have a working product.
We are having the same issue. This includes an email we tried to send at 7:38pm on 10/2.
