@AaronStorey - do you have any insight into what is happening and if this is being addressed?
I’m afraid I’m running out of time and patience to have something as basic as email functionality, which is a key part of our communications and operation as a Troop.
I emailed TroopTrack support as well, but last time I emailed I did not receive a response.
Same boat here. The last 4 of our troops messages have all failed to send. I don’t have any clue as to why its happening. Is there a way to open a ticket or is this forum the place to get assistance.
This has been reported to TT development, I have not heard back on a timeframe for a fix. I did notice the issue yesterday after seeing a post here in the community. I did verify that Text messages are going out, if you have a Text subscription that could be used for now while they are figuring out what is going on with e-mail.
The Community is mostly for help from other users on questions or posting ideas and getting help with usability of the product. There is a support ticket system now for reporting problems. It is accessed from the Support Menu, Contact Us, then complete the form. They are aware of this issue but for the future that is how you reach out to support specifically.

Text messages aren’t really a solution for us. I need email working and the distribution lists reply to all functionality working and mailing lists working from outside TroopTrack.
I’m more here to engage with you (who has always been super responsive and supportive) while we engage with TroopTrack’s support team.
The issue I’m having is shared across the community, and is really table stakes for functionality.
I’m hopeful this can be resolved before we give up on waiting.
The support thing was more for Robert since he asked that question specifically.
The Text thing was a stop gap suggestion for any important messages that need to get out while the e-mail is being worked on.
I agree e-mail needs to work and be fully functional. I keep bringing it up with the contacts I have within TT and the e-mail issues is the next thing the dev team is going to work on, unfortunately right now TT is down to one part time developer so things are going to take longer.
I am hopeful people will be willing to hang tight and continue to have patience as I believe the product is a great benefit and has far more capability than the BSA system. That being said, SB+ has made great strides and is becoming more full featured. Although being in the forums for SB+ there are also many issues.
