I often use the “Email Invitees” feature within an event to ask those members with “No Response” to please RSVP. The only glitch is that if a parent has RSVP’d and the scout has not, the parent still gets an email. The problem is that the parent thinks he/she has not responded, when actually, the email was intended for the scout. How is the parent to know? Is there a way to solve this? I do want the parent to get the email, but maybe there is a way for TroopTrack to automatically start the email with the recipient’s name or include the recipient’s name in the subject.
