If members are not receiving emails or text messages from TroopTrack, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.

The email address on the account is incorrect

The member marked TroopTrack emails as spam

The member unsubscribed from all TroopTrack emails
All of these can be corrected from the member’s profile page. Use the options in the Recommended Remedy column to update the email address, resubscribe the member, or clear spam-related settings.

In some cases, email providers (such as Yahoo, Verizon, school, or work email systems) may block TroopTrack emails if they are not recognized. If everything looks correct in TroopTrack, ask the member to:

Check their Spam/Junk folder

I did a minor update to your post @Pushkaraj, the text line about selecting provider is no longer necessary with the new SMS text subscription system. That was for the old e-mail to text system.
Please clarify ongoing support for TEXT messages in Troop Track,
In a posting recently, TT support said they were dropping support for TEXT messages from TroopTrack.
What is the status of TEXT message support in your TT platform? Please advise.

The SMS Text subscription feature is very new. Perhaps there was a post talking about dropping the old way of doing text which was e-mail to text. I have not seen any messages from @Pushkaraj or Tyler saying they are dropping the new SMS Text subscription feature.
Aaron, Im trying to test the TXT message feature, but not successful. Txt Message not saved. Message on Screen says Some members cannot receive text messages!
I attempt to add cell numbers, or check the box to omit txt message but not saved.
I also tried to use a limited Distribution list, with users with cell phone aad confirmed will accept Txt Messages but no success in saving or sending the messages.
Can you offer recomm on how to fix this issue.

If you are unable to select Save and move on to the next screen your message text is too long. Unfortunately there is no character counter, been asked many times, and there is no error message telling you the message is too long. You are limited to like 120 characters, that includes spaces.
