I am a Pack, so my scouts e-mail is their parents. When I am attempting to create an event for a specific den and select it, it is giving me an error that two adults need added in order to send. Is there a fix for this?
Do the parents have their own accounts or do you only input the youth with the adult’s contact info?
They have their own accounts as well for rsvp purposes. I cannot put the parent under that den as well, as I have multiple sibling households.
The calendar worked fine prior to the update.
I am guessing based on the Chatterbox changes they made for keeping with BSA Youth Protection policy they also went ahead and applied that to e-mails.
You could individually invite one other adult, even yourself and that would cover the 2 Adult rule.
