There is a new privilege, “Manage Chatterboxes”, you will need in order to add and change chatterboxes.

I have all the permissions. But cant seem to edit or add chatter boxes. Help.

Hi @AngelaSmith4,

I’m not able to recreate the issue you’re having as I went into your account and saw that you have the correct privileges. I then impersonated your profile and saw that a chatterbox had been made and you have the ability to create others.

Let me know if you’re seeing something different.
