Export from Manage User Accounts exports a 0 length file

On the Manage User Accounts screen, selecting Export CSV downloads a 0 length file.
Tested in Chrome, and Brave browsers.

Thank you for the information. I am going to submit this to the Dev team. The best place to get reports of information is from Manage → Reports → All Reports you can create custom reports with different information.
