We recently set up and tested a fundraiser to allow subscribers to renew and pay online.
Although it looks like the coming online store will fit our needs better, for now, we are selling subscriptions and renewals as “tickets” to utilize the existing TT structure.
I ran a test by renewing my own subscription and I see the renewal under Manage, Money, Fundraisers.
Unfortunately, I don’t see the money anywhere.
We have a Stripe ledger as of 4/23/2025 showing five additional successful transactions.
Unfortunately, none of the transactions are showing under Accounts nor Fundraisers.
Should we abandon trying to utilize TT for fundraisers?
