I have two new pioneers this year. They show being listed in the Pioneer unit and under their individual profile they show Pioneer but when I go to Manage Service Stars they are marked as “none” under unit and their hours are not transferring from their profile to the manage service stars so that they can be banked.
When recording service hours you’ll need to give those service hours a level as well. This can be updated by going to those girls, clicking on their “participation” tab and then editing their hours to have a level. (When recording service hours for events this can be done on the “record attendance/RSVP’s” page as well).
