I have girls who have Service stars that have been approved & awarded as per the Manage Service Stars view but they did not automatically transfer to the Sacagawea Level Award tracking, while other girls’ hours have automatically populated there. Why would the data automatically transfer for some and not others?
I know I can add the hours manually & will until it is fixes but it is odd that the data is not transferring consistently for all girls and I would prefer not to have to do the extra work. Any ideas of why this could be happening & how to correct it?
