For all the Scouts, it shows Scout’s Name - Rank and then (2016) but Scouts are using different Handbook versions and requirements are not matching what is in the handbook. How is that updated for new Scouts to (2023)?
2016 was the last time there was a complete update to the Rank Advancements. There have been many smaller changes since then but not considered a complete update. I will send the changes to Dave to get them updated. For the BSA Advancements the only thing that ultimately matters is the final completion being uploaded.
