How do I delete a user account, but not delete the scout?

I used Manage->Members->Invite Users tonight to invite all of the parents to start using TroopTrack. In going through this I inadvertently created a login user name for a Cub Scout. How do I remove the login user name, but leave the scout’s information in the system? Am I overlooking something? Or should I open a help desk ticket to remove the login user name?

Hi @dboring,

I’ve never run into this scenario before. I’m afraid it currently isn’t possible to do this. Set that user’s access level to “None” and you won’t have to worry about them logging in accidentally.
