How to updated registration status

We’ve noticed that quite a few girls in our troop (mostly girls who are new this year) have a registration status in Troop Track of “Registered Member - No”, even though they are registered. Where does this field pull from? We can’t figure out how to update their registration status. If the registration status is marked as no - we also can’t update their attendance. How do we fix this?

That is a manual setting. When you edit their profile you need to check the box for Registered.

Go into their profile, and click on edit in the Registration box;

Then click the box by Registered Member
