When I mark the report as “reported” after importing the file successfully to IA site, the report is stuck in “Closing” status. The advancements do not get updated with a date that they has been reported to council and they continue show up when I go to run a new report.
How long has it been sitting like that? It seems like it can take a couple hours if it is a large report. I have left them and come back the next day to make sure enough time had passed. If it is still open and it has been 24 hours then send an e-mail to support@trooptrack.com.
