My IA report is not showing a Silver Palm, however, it’s on the shopping list… any idea whats going on?

I would suggest emailing support@trooptrack.com directly for this.

This is because the BSA does not require the reporting of Palms. However you can buy them. Hope this helps out a bit.

They have a place for it on scoutbook… and it shows up on your shopping list so why not report it?

Our council is requiring Palms to be in scoutbook fo purchase. So, we have to go through scoutbook to handle them, which is a real pain. Is there any way to start including them in IA reports?
