Magic & Custom mail list user with two e/mail addresses - do both get the e/mail?

I have several users who have two e/mail addresses which I have entered into their contact information. When we send e/mails to them via the magic or custom lists, the Trooptrack e/mail delivery confirmation does not show the second e/mail address. Please confirm if the second e/mail should be getting the e/mail.

Thanks, AND there is no way that the admin can set this on behalf of the user ?

Would love to have the option as admin to add the secondary email option
