If a person is not on the Authorized Senders list, the list should not show up as an option under Who’s Invited in Calendar. This would be consistent with the way it works in Send an Email.
You will see in the screen captures that I have renamed the Members Magic Mailing List so that my users don’t use it. But the point is, since I have given no one access to it, it shouldn’t be displayed at all.
