If I have a family with scouts in more than one den, how do I add the parents to the magic mailing lists for both dens? There’s only one option for which den to select when creating the contact. I didn’t see an option to manually edit the names in the mailing lists.

There isn’t a way to include a parent in multiple dens at this time. Go to Communicate > Custom Mailing List, then press “New Mailing List” and you can make a new list with exactly the members you would like to include.

HI. Where can add my desire to include multiple parents in a den? Parents in my pack are not getting notified because there is not good way of doing so.

Please leave parents unassigned and go to Manage > Settings > Edit Pack Settings, TroopTrack Settings tab, and press “Copy parents on all scout emails”.

This will fix the issue. I had the same question a couple weeks ago. This
setting is kind of buried down in there, and not obvious. I’d recommend to
the TT staff that they put this more to the forefront of the documentation
and introductory/training sessions they do with prospective new customers.
