Mark as paid

How do I mark someone as paid for an event who did not pay thru PayPal? Let’s say they gave us cash or a check.

You would select Attendance - View All Payments, then on the list charge their TT money account and then enter a credit into their money account showing they paid cash. Under the event it will show they paid and their Money Account will show a debit and a credit for the same amount.

@AaronStorey I click on “Charge Fee” which opens up this screen. There is no dropdown list under money account. When I click on create money transaction, nothing happens. Did I miss a step somewhere?

Does that user have a Money account assigned to them individually or to their Household and is the setting under Online Payments, “Allow members to pay fees with individual money accounts?” enabled?
