I would open your event’s details & rsvp page on one tab and Manage > Medical Book in another tab and reconcile.

Can an email notification be sent for expired medical?
I don’t know if we’ll be able to make this available on an even-by-event basis very quickly, but we can talk about an email for expired medical. Part of the reason we made that new medical book was to make it quick and easy to just see who has dates, what those dates are, and a red mark if they are expired.
Any other users have input on this? Or an enhancement to this idea?
