We have a user Alexandra Pain alexandrapain4@gmail.com, who used to be signed up with Troop Track when she was in North Carolina. Now, we are trying to get her on our Troop Track down here in South Florida but it keeps coming back that she is not a member of our Pack (Pack 125). When she tries to update her password, it still shows that she is a member of that South Carolina Pack which is not correct. How do we fix this issue?
There are a couple different ways this could be handled.
She could use a different e-mail address and then setup a different username from the one that was used in the other Unit. After that she could combine the user accounts and have the same username and e-mail as the previous account. Instructions linked below.
She could ask that other unit to delete her account and that should free up her username.
