New calendar entry NOW requires a money account

When I try and create a calendar entry for a training event I get an error message " Please correct the following errors and try again:

  • Money account must exist

I cannot get past this.

I got this too…just reported on here as well. Can’t get around it.

We recently made some upgrades in TroopTrack and it caused this issue with events. The tech team is working on a fix for this issue.

This is a top priority for the tech team as many Troops are affected and event planning is a major part of the TroopTrack software.

Once this issue is resolved, then I will reach out here to let you know.

Following! trying to get an event set up for tomorrow and ran into the same issue!

Email and Texting through Troop Track still works so you can at lease get the announcement out.

The tech team was able to fix this issue and released the fix late last Thursday night. You now can plan events without a money account.
