When creating meeting schedules can we have an option to have the meeting occur on the 2nd Thursday of each month? Or the First Sunday etc. I currently have to get my calendar out and schedule each of these meetings one at a time.

Go to Plan > Meeting Schedules > New Meeting Schedule. Fill in the information. The image below shows where you would specify those specific meetings.
