We have our Troop Meetings on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.
We always have our Vanguard meeting on the 1st Thursday of the month, but always after the 1st Troop Meeting.
Therefore, it would be helpful for funky months that have a 1st Thursday BEFORE the 1st Tuesday (for example September 2016).
So, I would need to specify the 1st Thursday after the 1st Tuesday as a meeting schedule option.
