Did something change with the email template for the weekly newsletter with regards to how it is viewed on a mobile device? This week’s newsletter appears tiny on a mobile device and does not re-wrap the text for the smaller format. Below are screenshots with today’s email vs previous weeks that worked well. One thing that I do notice is the email that does not work properly on mobile has a photo in it (not shown in the screenshot). Does that somehow screw up the template and make it appear incorrectly on mobile? I cannot see anything else that is different between the content in the two emails. If this is a change that TT made, it really needs to be addressed quickly.
So to make this even more of a head-scratcher, the newsletter the following week went out correctly (it was properly viewable on a mobile device) and it did contain a photo as well.
So I truly have no idea why the previous week’s email went out improperly formatted for mobile.
