Payment info is stuck in the account for online transactions

I have a lot of payment information sitting in the account that was set up to funnel the online payments through. The payment info is not getting added to each individual account… so I can’t see what was charged or paid through the account.

I just received a message from a parent that TroopTrack says they owe $10 that they already paid. Our account for online transactions has a $10 balance… because there is only one transaction for that event… instead of 2 (a charge and a payment).
