Please create a way to look at history of emails sent through TT

We often hear from families that they didn’t get an email…

In order to help diagnose if this is a tech problem vs a human problem it would be good to have a security role that allowed an admin to see the history of emails sent with recipients/email addresses and filter in some way.

That would let us figure out if we need to train senders better about selecting/maintaining email lists, vs an email address that was missing or bad at time of send etc.

I believe you can find all of that information under Communicate > Recent Messages. Have a look at that and see if it meets your needs.
