I promoted my Bears to Webelos and now I have no Bears and they are not in the Webolos Den either. What is with Trooptrack? Why does nothing work? Why is it so difficult?
Are the users gone completely, are they in Unassigned or something else? If you select Qucik Nav Members and select one of those members what does it say on their Profile, Registration Info, Den(s)?

No, usually it is immediate when doing promotions. Granted this time of year the system is extremely busy so maybe things are slower right now.
