I have a renewal message for my son who has graduated and has moved out of state to go to college. He is not on any list that I can see, e.g. household, patrol, roster. How can we get this message to go away?

It appears he has an account in your TL troop, but it may not be active. I think the account owner or someone from Trail Life should be able to fix this one.
My Troopmaster told me he is inactive in the system. I have a younger son that is active in the troop. Is there a possibility that it is not recognizing the older son as inactive because I have the second son that is active in the household?
