I am trying to update information and scout progress in Troop Track. I have a scout who earned the Scout Badge back in 2015. I have tried to enter the progress as he passed off requirements I am at the point to enter the Scoutmasters Conference but there is no place to do that. How do I award him his Scout badge in the records?
