A report that we used in our last software that was extremely helpful for administration was this one. You could choose from the data entry box, all scouts or by patrol, include adults or not and then choose options…service hours, position of responsibility, or a particular merit badge…then you could select whether you wanted to see “having” or “needing”. It was a sweet, quick overview of what needed to be worked on.
