Service hours attached to events are not showing up in our girls’ records even when I record participation and click the checkbox to award everyone who attended the hours. Thanks for your help!
When you record participation and click the checkbox to award everyone who attended are you increasing the number and then decreasing the number? Unfortunately it does not fill down the list unless you make a change to the hours, then it fills down the list and everyone who has a check mark next to their name has the hours applied when you save.
Oh wow. Ok. That worked, but I would not have thought to change the hours in order to get them to populate for the girls who attended. Thanks for your help.
