Should den leader info automatically advance with the den?

I used the “advance” or “graduate” feature to automatically move my dens forward in preparation for the next year. However, I noticed that the info on my profile did not change. Even though I moved us all up to WebelosI from the Bear den, my profile still says “Bear Den Leader” as one of my leadership positions.

Is there a way to modify all of the leader positions more easily than to open each person’s profile and edit?

Thanks for using the TroopTrack Community.

Go to (Manage > Dens) and then you can drag and drop leaders into the Den they are supposed to be in.
