I’m not able to access my dashboard or most of the pages. Logging on takes me to Your TroopTrack Subscriptions, and I am unable to navigate elsewhere. All links turn for a minute and take me back to that page. When I try to type a URL directly into the bar, it links me back to that page.
Is this a known issue? Thanks!
That typically indicates your subscription is due and needs to be paid.
Thanks, but it also says my renewal date is “October 21, 2027 at 11:59 pm”.
I don’t see a place or button or link to pay, either. Nor the banner we usually see when the renewal date approaches.
