It would be nice to be able to add TAGS to events so they can be searched more specifically. For instance, maybe an event is a Merit Badge Class, we’d like to add a Tag for First Aid, or Communication. Maybe the event is a Meeting, we’d like to add a Tag for Troop Meeting or Committee Meeting, or PLC, or APC. This would be easier than having hundreds of event types and would allow for better sorting in reports.
This sound like a great idea! However, before we can introduce this idea to our developers, we would like to see a little more support from the rest of the TroopTrack community. Have any other TroopTrack users you know add their support as a +1 or a comment about the idea and we will see what we can do.

Keyword tagging would be very helpful when families are searching for events that meet a specific need that they have.
It looks like you added the ability to include tags when creating events on the advanced tab, but a) the selection is limited to 3 and b) you cannot enter your own. Is there an update coming on this?
Yes, being able to add more events would be nice.
This would truly make for better management.
